I suggest you keep on passing don’t even stop. They are so rude and so judgmental. I pulled up in a 2025 truck not a 1985 for them to treat me like I am nothing and no one actually has a tire and he tells me why I need a truck here why not you need the truck care, sir that’s not the point anyway they don’t wanna help. They have no interest. I suggest don’t waste your time. I wish I wouldn’t waste mine.

After coming across the lake my low tire warning came on. I discovered I had a screw in one of my tires. Jimmy Duckworths was recommended by a friend so I stopped to see if they could fix my tire quickly since I was working. I was greeted with a very friendly worker who I later found out was the owner. They took my truck right in saying the repair would be 30-40 minutes. Several regular customers came in while I waited and I realized everyone is treated like a friend there. Even though they were very busy the owner took the time to have a conversation with me as I waited. 20 minutes later my truck was done. Along with fixing the one tire, they checked all my other tires for correct pressure. All the workers seemed to enjoy their job as they busily scurried around. I highly recommend this business.

I've been bringing all of my vehicle to Jimmy Duckworth's for years. I go for everything from tire and brake work to Air Condition work and just about any repair that my cars need. (Not body work, though.) The owner, Patrick, gets to know his customers personally and cares for their cars like they belong to his personal friends. I highly recommend!

At some point, car owners choose whether to take their car to Duckworth (or a place like it), or the dealership. Duckworth makes this choice easy. They are honest, reasonable, friendly, and competent. I have taken my car there for years. My recent experience shows they will go the extra mile. I recommend them highly.
